TEAM TRIUMPH STORE POLICY
At Team Triumph, we go to great lengths to bring you the highest quality parts at a fair price from around the globe. If you have a problem with your order please refer to this page. All prices are listed less shipping and handling. We do not charge inflated shipping fees, only enough to cover the freight.
Please read the following carefully before ordering or opening received packages
Availability Policy:
We try to expedite parts as quickly as possible. However, on occasion
it is the nature of custom parts to be delayed beyond our control.
Return Policy:
Unless the merchandise you receive is defective, there will be a minimum restocking
fee of 20% or higher depending on our evaluation of the parts. Do not return any parts COD, they will be refused. You
must cover the cost of shipping returned items. All returns are subject to our approval.
Merchandise may not be returned to Team Triumph unless purchased directly from
Team Triumph. Proof of purchase is required. Request to return product must be
arranged within 15 days of the invoice date. Installed parts are not returnable.
Returns will not be accepted without pre-authorization from Team Triumph.
Packages without authorization to return will be refused. Parts must be packaged
carefully to prevent damage. Customer is responsible for merchandise damaged in
shipping due to inadequate packaging. Shipments will not be accepted freight
collect. Team Triumph is not responsible for freight charges in returns. Return
claims will be subject to exchange only
Shipping Damage:
Inspect your shipment immediately and carefully upon arrival. If you find
any damage from shipping, please notify us immediately so we can file a claim
and get you taken care of in a timely manner. Any claims of damage beyond
3 days of receipt of your order will be denied.
Missing Parts:
All of our exclusive products go through various Quality Control Checks during
manufacturing and before
shipping. In the unlikely event you find parts missing, please notify us immediately.
Any claims of shortages beyond 3 days of receipt of your order will be denied.
Internet Policy:
All pricing and promotions listed on triumph1.com and rideteamtriumph.com
are subject to change or end at any time. We try to keep the site updated
regularly.
