2004 SPEED FOUR
Drawn
from the same athletic gene pool as the Daytona 600, the Speed Four's mix of
raucous engine, surgically precise handling and outrageous looks sets it a class
apart.
Completely redefing how a ´naked´
600c machine should perform, the Speed Four is a highly specified motorcycle
with a sophisticated, fuel-injected and liquid-cooled, 599cc engine. Its cam
profiles and EFI system are specifically designed to give a broad spread of
mid-range toque and drivability.
The sweet revving engine is
housed in a lightweight aluminum frame, which blesses the Speed Four with
razor-sharp and accurate steering plus plenty of ground clearance.
Fully adjustable, high-quality
suspension front and rear provides a range of set-up options to suit the rider
and up front a pair of powerful four-piston calipers clamp on twin floating
front discs for plenty of stopping power.
There's no doubt the Speed Four
combines near supersports performance with a truly unique look and style. From
its distinctive pair of chromed headlights and compact instrument cluster to its
saucy fly screen and twin air scoops, it's guaranteed to stand out from the
crowd. For those preferring an enigmatic approach the Jet Black paint option
adds understated style. While for the more adventurous there's the choice of
striking Racing Yellow or retina-popping Roulette Green.
New for 2004 - Racing Yellow
paint scheme.
