2002 THUNDERBIRD

Another evocative Triumph name straight out of the history books, heavy on retro style and with the power of an 885cc three-cylinder engine to add substance to those head-turning looks.

The Hinckley factory’s first classically styled retro machine offers a low seat height, relaxed riding position and an engine right in tune with the laid-back looks of the Thunderbird. Delivering 69bhp and producing waves of low-rev torque the big triple powerplant is a perfect match for this eye-catching roadster.

With a no-nonsense chassis to match the brutish good looks, offering light, stable handling and exceptional comfort, and with powerful, progressive disc brakes front and rear, the Thunderbird is as solid a performer on the open road as it is a stylish way of getting about town.

From the ‘peashooter’ pipes to the duo-tone paint and classic badge on the swooping tank, the Thunderbird simply oozes timeless class.

With a huge range of custom-fit accessories , the Thunderbird is an accessible alternative to the mainstream for almost any rider.
